Points can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.

To redeem your points, simply log into your account and activate the rewards widget, go to the rewards section, and select the reward you would like to redeem. You'll receive a discount code that you can apply at checkout to save on your order.

Once your total points reach a tier threshold, you’ll receive an email welcoming you to your new tier.

Points will expire if you haven’t earned or redeemed any points in the past 12 months.

Unfortunately, points redeemed for discounts cannot be combined with any other vouchers or offers, but can be used on discounted items.
